Shipping & Returns SHIPPING: Orders are Shipped the same day order is placed as long as it is placed before 2:00PM Eastern Time. Orders place after 2:00PM will be shipped the following day, excluding weekends. Orders place on the weekend will be shipped the following Monday. We make every effort to shipp all orders within 24 hours. An email is sent to confirm that your order has been received and is being processed. Another email will be sent to you with the tracking information when your order ships. Overnight and 2-Day shipping options are only available to destinations within the USA. FedEx overnight and 2-Day shipments are delivered in 1 or 2 business days (not weekends). If you need Saturday delivery you must request this service by calling us. Saturday delivery cost is at least twice the delivery cost of FedEx normal business day delivery cost. We are happy to quote Saturday delivery upon request.
SHIPPING OUT OF THE UNITED STATES: We ship by USPS Express International Mail to most anywhere in the world. Shipping cost is $33.60 for an order up to three (3) pounds in weight. Please allow 5 to 10 business days in-transit depending on Customs Clearance time. RETURN POLICY: We have a 30-day return policy. A copy of the invoice is required to return or exchange an item. Returned merchandise needs to be in original package and in new uninstalled conditional. Please include with the return all materials, manuals, instructions, etc. Allow 7 to 10 business days to see the refund on your credit card account. EXCHANGE POLICY: We exchange any Product for another... If there is a difference in price the difference must be paid before the exchange can be made. A copy of the invoice is required to return or exchange an item. Returned merchandise needs to be in orginal package and in new uninstalled condition. You are responsible for return shipping cost.
