1oz Tube of Silicone Sealant is included to seal all cut ends of Flexible Strips... Any Strip that you cut or that was cut at the factory must be seal after installation of the Strip. The definition of a "cut strip" is any strip with connection wire on one end and nothing on the other. The end w/o the connection wire must be sealed with Silicone Sealant after the strip is installed.

3-M 94 Primer
PREPPED: "To prepare or prime"
Yes, 3-M 94 Primer is the best product on the market to prep the area where you are going to place the Flexible Strip. You will clean (degreaser) the location, you will rub the location with an included Alcohol Pad and once dry you will brush on the 3-M 94 Primer. Let dry for 3 to 5 minutes then secure the Flexible Strip to the location. Please understand that once you place the strip using these products and methods you will have to work at it to remove the strip. Be careful not to get 3-M 94 Primer on a noticiable finished painted or chromed surface. Best product to secure Flexible Strips in place. Use at your own risk!!!
