Yes. If installed according to the instructions there is absolutely no way that water will affect the performance.
How long will these lights last?? Almost forever... well, 100,000+ hours of light time (that's over 11 years) and for a light bulb that's almost forever. Also, these lights generate no heat and draw about 3 mill amperes each.
