simple lifetime guarantee for as long as you own it: “should a light ever burn

out or something stop working for any reason, return it and we'll replace it”.

You must be the original purchaser on Web Site or Phone-In orders and you must pay return shipping cost.

Please note the only exception is the 110volt AC LED Light Bulbs have a three

(3) year guarantee and the Aquarium Light Bars have a five (5) year guarantee not a lifetime guarantee.  

I can't believe the mumbo-jumbo from the competition... Here's part of their guarantee:

• All XXXXXXX products come with a one year limited warranty on the internal parts of the product. What is internal??? What about the outside of the product???
  
•  The 12 month limited warranty does NOT cover improper installation or any physical damage. Explain "Proper Installation"??? and If a rock flys up and damages a strip is that covered??? NO!!! 
   
• Installation of this product must be performed by a licensed professional. This is the best one... Where do I find a "Licensed Professional Installer"??? 
  
•  XXXXXXX shall not be responsible for any consequential damages which arise from the use and/or installation of the product. I have no idea what this means!!!
   
• If the product is installed in any manner other than specified, XXXXXXX  reserves the right to deny any warranty claims at the discretion of the technical support department. Screwed for sure...
  
• Any product return must include the original packaging. Two, three or four months later I must find the  original packaging??? Never!!!
