Will the LED lights drain my Battery?
Each LED consumes only 0.003amps... If you have the 180-LED Kit and left it “ON” it would take four or five days before it starts to affect the battery...
Why should I test each LED, POD or Strip before I install the kit?
What if your order was damage in-transit to you? You do not want to install without testing to find a damage LED. So before you install test each item. I have had a very good success in shipping and almost 99.9999% arrive without damage.
What if I receive something damaged?
Please send an e-mail with your name and shipping information as well as a detailed message of the problem.
What if a Strip or a POD does not light-up?
Take two aspirin and call me in the morning... No... Check the wiring... Make sure it is wired correctly. I like to take the item that does not illuminate and touch the RED wire to positive and the BLACK wire to negative to verify that it will illuminate. If the item does illuminate re-check the wiring. If it does not illuminate call 561.319.7300 for replacement.
My lights turn ON but are very dim. What’s the problem?
This is a normal indication that there is a “short circuit” within your wiring... Look for a Positive (RED) wire touching the Frame of your bike. OR the “Cut End” of a Flexible Strip is not sealed with Silicone and is touching the Frame of the Bike... Always remember that the frame of the Motorcycle is negative charged...
How long does it take to received my order?

Joe, what is your favorite Kit and why?
Good question... I have two favorites... 1) Single Color is the 180-LED Accent Light Kit and 2) Multicolor is the 162-LED Multicolor Accent Light Kit...
Both kits are designed the same in three (3) parts... The Engine, Wheels and the Road Coverage Kit... Both are easy to install... Just follow the instructions included with each kit... Both Kits are as bright as any kit on the market for about half the price... And the Multicolor has 7 different colors and 9 different Fade, Strobe and Flashing functions...
How long is your product guaranteed?
For as long as you own it... Something breaks or does not work I replace it...
How difficult is it to install a Kit?
As long as you read carefully the Installation Instructions and take your time you will be successful... If you do not understand or have difficulty call me and I will walk you through the installation... Haven’t failed...
How long does it take to install a Kit?
A basic kit is a couple of hours from start to finish. The more complex Kits would take the majority of a morning or afternoon...
How wide is the Reflective tape?
All the tape is 2 inches. When you order a quantity of 1 it is a yard long with the exception of the Red and White truck tape.
What if I do not receive my order?
When we process your order and ship it, you will receive a confirmation email with the order and tracking number. Go to USPS. com and go to the track and confirm order tab. There you can put in the tracking number to locate your package. If there is a problem call the post office about your order. If still no luck, then call or e-mail us and we will take care of it. But please make us your last resort...Thank you.

If I bought a kit and wanted to add some strips or pods...can I connect them?
Yes you can. Just connect the negative with negative and positive with positive.
Can I change my color preference once I ordered?
Sure, you can. But remember we ship same day you place your order... So if you change color after it is ship you must return your order in order to exchange for another color... Just keep that in mind...
